Welcome to Hydro Store Outlet. We specialize in offering deeply discounted hydroponic garden supplies. Because of the clearance nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases where we have made an error with your order or the item is defective. Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Incorrect Item Received – We shipped the wrong product
Defective Item – The product is damaged or not functioning as intended

Due to the significantly reduced pricing of our clearance inventory, we do not accept returns for any other reason. Please ensure all items in your order are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Reporting an Issue

You must contact us within the following timeframes:

Incorrect items: within 7 days of delivery
Defective items: within 14 days of delivery

A description of the issue
Photos or videos clearly showing the problem

3. Return Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
Please securely package the item and return it using the provided label

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

Incorrect item:
- Ship the correct item (if available), or
- Issue a full refund
Defective item:
- Send a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a full or partial refund depending on the condition

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the return is received.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

All sales are final unless covered above.

We do not accept returns for:
