At HydroStoreOutlet, we strive to provide fast, reliable shipping and clear expectations for all orders.

  1. Order Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 24–48 hours during business days.

    • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

    Delivery times vary based on your selected carrier and location. As a general guide for shipments within the Continental 48 states:

    • UPS — Estimated 3–7 business days
    • USPS — Estimated 3–7 business days


    Most orders arrive within 
    3–7 business days from the date of purchase. Exact rates and delivery estimates are calculated in real time at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, or high order volume.

    We recommend proceeding to checkout to view the most accurate and up-to-date shipping methods available for your location.

    We currently ship to the Continental 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time. If you need international shipping, consider using a freight forwarder.

  3. Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

  4. Shipping Delays

    While we work hard to meet all shipping timelines, HydroStoreOutlet is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Shipping carriers
    • Incorrect shipping information
    • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

  5. Incorrect Addresses

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  6. Order Processing

    We aim to process and ship orders quickly. Orders placed before 11 AM PST Monday through Friday are often processed the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Custom or built-to-order items may have longer lead times, which will be noted on the product page.

  7. Refused Shipments

    If you refuse a shipment for reasons other than damage or shipping errors on our part, you'll be responsible for the full freight charges and a minimum 20% restocking fee.

  8. Shipping to an Alternate Address

    Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may take longer to process due to additional verification. Providing accurate information helps avoid delays.

  9. Shipping Change Fees

    If you request to change the shipping address after the package has shipped, a fee may apply depending on the carrier. Not all carriers accept address changes once a package is in transit.

  10. Damaged Shipments

    Inspect all packages carefully upon delivery. If you find damage, report it to the delivery driver, note the issue on the delivery receipt, and contact us immediately. Once you sign for the package, we cannot be held responsible for damage.

  11. Back-Orders

    If an item is out of stock, we may ship the available items and back-order the rest. You will not incur additional shipping charges for back-ordered items. We'll notify you about the availability of back-ordered items and offer options for waiting or a refund.

  12. Signature Required

    Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons. This policy helps ensure safe delivery and cannot be waived upon request.

  13. Missing Packages

    If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, check around your home and ask anyone who might have received it. If it's still missing, contact us immediately. We will work with the shipper to resolve the issue.

  14. Shipping Disclaimers

    We're not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, other catastrophic events, or issues with delivery partners. We ship within the contiguous 48 states, as well as Alaska and Hawaii, but not outside the U.S. Consider using a freight forwarder if you need international shipping.

  15. PO Boxes

    Most carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you use a PO Box, we may need to contact you for an alternate address.

  16. Free Shipping
    Free shipping is available on select products. Eligible items will be indicated on the product page and at checkout.
